About this project

Named for co-founder Ana Kestrel, this six-story corner building replaced a 1960s single-story retail strip on East Colfax. It carries our largest affordable commitment to date — 36 units at 60% AMI — and a corner restaurant whose patio has become a Capitol Hill fixture. The building is 95% occupied and stabilized in the Fund III portfolio.
