What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a general contact message, an investor relations inquiry or a leasing inquiry — we collect what you type in it: your name, email address, and, where you provide them, your organization or business name, phone number, the topic you selected and your message. That's it. We don't collect anything you haven't deliberately given us.
How we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to respond to you. Investor inquiries go to our investor relations team, leasing inquiries to our development team, and general messages to the right desk for the topic you chose. We may keep your message on file so the conversation has context if you write again.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it or share it with anyone for marketing. We don't send you newsletters you didn't ask for. The only third parties that touch your form submissions are the service providers that run this website and deliver our email, and they handle it only on our behalf.
Keeping it and removing it
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful to the conversation. If you'd like to see what we have about you, or want it deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.
