About this project

Chestnut Row broke ground in October 2018 and delivered in May 2020 — eight weeks into the pandemic. We held the schedule by converting the ground floor to flexible live/work bays mid-construction, and the building leased to 92% within twelve months. It anchors a streetscape the Highland neighborhood had planned for since 2009.
